TARKETT – Eclipse Premium

Eclipse Premium homogeneous vinyl floors combine quality, functional needs and low maintenance costs for heavy traffic applications such as education and healthcare facilities. Our PUR Reinforced surface treatment guarantees enhanced protection and easier maintenance. Eclipse Premium is available in a non-linear pattern palette of 66 colours, with the new range Spectra, coordinated with the other products and accessories of the Premium multi-solution family.

Tarkett’s Premium range is produced in Ronneby, Sweden. The factory has an environmental management system (ISO 14001) and has continuously reduced its environmental impact since 2003: . 54% reduction of total amount of waste produced in the factory . 60% reduction of VOC process emissions The factory manages water consumption via a closed loop, and 53% of the energy used comes from renewable sources (hydro power, wind power, bio fuels). As for all Tarkett sites, the Ronneby site is assessed from an environmental point of view by an external auditor every two years. No risks were identified in the Ronneby site during 2009.

This reduces the strain on cleaning staff and minimizes the need for water, detergent and energy for cleaning and maintenance . Very low VOC emissions – 20 μg/m3 at 28 days – more than 50 times below demands in European Standard (1000 μg/m3 ), contributing to good indoor air quality.
